Hungover, this day is blurred. Have no anxiety over what you have lost.

A day of work- alas! Your team will lose and you will get drunk on a mere two drinks. But not an altogether bad day, nonetheless.

Things are looking up, my tomato. Be wild, and stop staying up so late. The wee hours have a way of producing melancholia.

Today will be removed from memory as the pain continues to gnaw.

The Chinese New Year brings an ache. Yoga will not help.

The day is lost, let it be lost. You will rue the moment you stepped from your bed.

The madness of filling up then slowly leaking out will play with you today. Listen to its seeping as if in meditation, then breathe.
